In the late 90s, I owned and ran a high-profile executive search company specialising in helping US startups who often had limited brand presence establish themselves in the UK/European market (these included Next, Versant and PSDI) .
In the early 2000’s, I founded EGOstream, now trading as WHEALTHSTREAM®, bringing together my skills in talent transfer and people development to build a business that helps Founders and CEO’s of technology organisations strengthen sales performance. In the early days, EGOstream strengthened the sales teams of a number of global conglomerates (including Adobe, Cisco and SSA Global), working with their leadership and sales teams to re-energise performance and achieve Quarterly growth.
I have since taken that footprint established with large organisations to specialise in helping predominantly founder-led mid-market technology organisations strengthen commercially and attract the talent they need to successfully scale, turnaround performance and add value to their future exits. Clients include Silverbear (sold 2019), Content and Code (sold 2018), IMX Software (sold 2018), Yocuda (sold 2017), Carrenza (sold 2016), Workplace Systems (sold 2016) and EACS (sold 2016).
